Mylo “Mike” Douglas Hayford, 83, of Elkader, died Wednesday, Jan. 11, 2012, at Central Community Hospital in Elkader. Mass of Christian Burial: 1 p.m. Friday, Jan. 13, at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Elkader. Visitation will be held at the church on Friday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Interment will follow at St. Joseph's Cemetery.
