Crystal Lee Hawkins was born May 21, 1985, in Iowa City, the daughter of Robert G. Lovetinsky Jr. and Brenda Lee Hawkins. She has lived most of her life in this area, where she loved being a “farm girl!” Crystal's love of animals, the outdoors, fishing, four-wheeling, drawing, and her many friends and family was what defined Crystal's life. She was the person who was friend to all, she had this very special bond with her mother, Brenda, and her Grandma Smith. Her dogs, Scruffy and Chocolate were at her side the minute she awoke until the moment she slept. She enjoyed the simple things in life, those which are the most important!
Her family includes her mother, Brenda Hawkins (Rick Hauser); grandfathers, Robert Lovetinsky Sr. and Roy Hawkins; grandmother, Sherry Hart (Tom); and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father; grandmothers, Nancy Hawkins, Harriett Hawkins and Juanita Lovetinsky; and great-grandparents, Mary and Calvin Smith.
A memorial fund has been established in Crystal's memory.
