Havlik, Louise A.
Louise A. Havlik, 92, of Confluence, Pa., formerly of Cedar Rapids, died June 15, 2010.
Surviving is her daughter, Anita Hendrix.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Blanche Havlik; and twin sister, Bernice Lemmon.
Louise was born in Cedar Rapids and resided there until 2005. She was retired from Collins Radio Co.
