Harrell, Elsie Marie
Elsie Marie Harrell, 50, of Cedar Rapids, died Tuesday, July 6, 2010, at the Dennis and Donna Oldorf Hospice House of Mercy in Hiawatha. Memorial service: 1:30 p.m. Saturday, July 10, at River of Life Ministries in Cedar Rapids. Inurnment: Center Point Cemetery. Arrangements with Murdoch Funeral Home & Cremation Service in Center Point.
Survivors include her son, Joe Harrell of Cedar Rapids; two brothers, Steven Vopalka and Jimmy Vopalka, both of Center Point; and five sisters, Mary Reddrick of Cedar Rapids, Debbie Vopalka of Cedar Rapids, Theresa Vopalka of Center Point, Rose (Cliff) Beauregard of Center Point and Lori (Faud) Hudaib of Atlanta, Ga.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Charlotte (Castle) Vopalka; infant twin sons; an infant daughter, Amanda; a brother, Stanley Vopalka; and a sister, Julieanna Vopalka.
