Harold 'Bud' Arnold
HAROLD "BUD" ARNOLD
Paducah, Ky.
Harold "Bud" Arnold of Paducah, Ky., formerly of Walker, Iowa, passed away peacefully at home Friday, Dec. 11, 2020.
Bud was born in Ashland, Wis., the son of Gilbert and Hazel Arnold on July 20, 1931. He was raised on the family farm north of Walker, and lived there until retiring. He served in the U.S. Air Force, during the Korean War conflict based in Indo-China. He married Wilma Morris on Feb. 25, 1961. They would have celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary this February. They retired and moved to Paducah, where they made their home for the last 14 years. He enjoyed many years, fishing with family and friends in Hackensack, Minn. He was a member of the Walker American Legion and Operating Engineers Union.
Bud is survived by his wife, Wilma; son and daughter-in-law, Kevin and Teri Arnold; daughter, Lisa (Warren Meyer) Lindsey; grandchildren, Tricia (Matt) Hull, Heather (Jerrod Miller) Arnold, Joe (Becca) Lindsey, Ryan (McKenzie) Arnold and Ben Lindsey; and several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews; sister, Vivian Ockenfels; and brother, Norman Arnold.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Kenny Arnold; and sister, Cathryn Todtz.
Due to current restrictions, there will be no visitation or services. A private family graveside service will be held at a later date.
