Wendell G. Harms, 89, of Waterloo, died Friday, Feb. 17, 2012, at Friendship Village Retirement Village. Services: 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 22, at Grace Reformed Church, 520 Maxwell St., Waterloo. Burial: Riverside Cemetery, Shell Rock, with military honors. Visitation: 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at Locke Funeral Home in Waterloo.
