Lancaster, Calif.
Harland Andrew Brown, 68, of Lancaster, Calif., died Wednesday, Sept. 28, 2016, in Baton Rouge, La., doing FEMA disaster relief. Andy was the son of Harland and Rita (Gaffney) Brown.
Survivors include his seven siblings, Lorna Koeninger of Yukon, Okla., Marsha Petersen of Shelbyville, Ill., Georgia Dougherty of Colorado Springs, Colo., Brenda Trostel of Newton, Nina Hoppe of Cedar Rapids, Terrance Brown of Kellogg and Cecil Brown of Manchester.

Memorial services: 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 15, at Leonard-Muller Funeral Home in Manchester, by Deacon Dave Loecke. There will be no visitation. Private burial: St. Patrick's Catholic Cemetery, Monti.
