Harlan Owen Patrick, 63, of Elkader, passed away Saturday, Oct. 21, 2017, at his home.
Visitation: 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 26, at Peace United Church of Christ in Elkader, and one hour before services on Friday.
Memorial service: 11 a.m. Friday, Oct. 27, at the church with the Rev. Jon Haack officiating.
