Harger, Barbara Joyce
Barbara Joyce Harger, 77, of Central City, passed away Friday, Oct. 4, 2013, with her family close by her side.
Barbara was born Feb. 18, 1936, at a family farm in Fayette County.
She is survived by four children, Larry, Dianne, Lester and Alice; eight grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Everett; a daughter, Roxanne; her parents, Walter and Ester; and two brothers, Donald and Keith.
Barb enjoyed feeding and watching birds (especially Orioles), she loved gardening and playing granny basketball. She will forever be missed and always loved.
Barbara will be laid to rest with her husband privately at Cedar Memorial Cemetery at a later time. A small memorial will be held at her long time home in Central City. Friends and family welcome at 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 12.
