Hamil, Betty
Betty Hamil, 92, of Washington, Iowa, passed away Tuesday, Aug. 16, 2011, in Washington. Services will be 10:30 a.m. Friday, Aug. 19, at Jones & Eden Funeral Home in Washington, where the family will receive friends from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Friday.
Betty is survived by two children: son, John Hamil and wife Pat of Washington, Iowa; daughter, Shari Frantz and husband Dave (full time RV'ers) of Sioux Falls, S.D.; seven grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband in January 2011; and one sister, Maxine Jahnke.
