Halverson, Alvina Ida
Alvina Ida Halverson, 95, Clermont, died Monday, Oct. 12, 2009, at Palmer Lutheran Health Center, West Union, following a brief illness.
Services: 11 a.m. Thursday, Highland Lutheran Church, rural Elkader, with the Rev. Jerome Godson officiating. Burial will follow in the Highland Lutheran Cemetery, rural Elkader. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the Leonard–Grau Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Elgin, and one hour before services at the church Thursday.
