Haack, LaDean M.
LaDean M. Haack died Wednesday, Jan. 13, 2010, at Highland Ridge Care Center in Williamsburg at the age of 96 years. Celebration of Life services: 1:30 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 17, at Millersburg United Methodist Church in Millersburg. Pastor Ben Wilson will officiate. Burial will be in Pilot Grove Cemetery near Williamsburg. Visitation will be Saturday from 4 to 7 p.m. at Powell Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Williamsburg.
She is survived by her daughters, Carolyn (Robert) Jackson of Springfield, Ill., and Shirley (Pat) Greiner of Keota; five grandchildren, Brian Jackson, Timm (Emma) Jackson, Kim Greiner, Sid (Mary) Greiner and Ted (Wendy) Greiner; six great-grandchildren; two sisters, Georgia Warner of North English and Kathryn Orr of Phoenix, Ariz.; a brother, Charles Lortz of Iowa City; and a special companion, Pedro.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and husband in 1987.
Memorials are for the Millersburg Methodist Church or family choice.
