Rick A. “Griff” Griffin, 54, of North Liberty, lifelong resident of the Iowa City area, died Thursday, May 12, 2011, at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, Iowa City. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, May 17, at Gay & Ciha Funeral and Cremation Service in Iowa City. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in his memory.
