Gregory Karasek passed away Jan. 22, 2016, at Mercy Medical Center. He was 76 years old.
Greg is survived by his wife, Marsha; children, Brett, Tami Hill (Phoenix, Ariz.) and Joe and Robyn Krichen (Phoenix); nephew, Lyle Hammond; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Greg was a barber to many Cedar Rapidians for 55 years.
Services for Gregory Karasek will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 26, at Cedar Memorial Chapel of Memories in Cedar Rapids. Visitation will take place from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday, Jan. 25, at Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home.
