Good, Mary Jane
Mary Jane Good, 84, formerly of Cedar Rapids, died Sunday, Dec. 6, 2009, at the Iowa Masonic Health Facility, Bettendorf. Services: 11 a.m. Wednesday at Cedar Memorial Park Chapel of Memories. Interment: Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery. A visitation will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home.
Mary is survived by daughter, Pam (Joe) Rauch of Davenport; four grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; brother, Larry Jones of Des Moines; and sister, Helen Sargent of Des Moines.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husbands, Howard Perrigo and Hubert Good; sisters, Odessa Davis, June Jones and Wanda Anderson; and brothers, Jerry Jones and Firman Jones.
Mary was born April 2, 1925, in Des Moines to James and Helen Virden. She married Howard on Sept. 9, 1948. He died in 1993. She married Hubert Good on June 4, 1994. He died in 2007. She was the activities director for the Iowa Masonic Health Facility from 1956 to 1979 when she retired.
