Glenda K. Schloss, 65, of Marion, Iowa, died Thursday, Dec. 10, 2015, in her home. Services: 11 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 15, at Murdoch-Linwood Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Cedar Rapids, where the family will greet friends from 10 a.m. until service time. Entombment: Linwood Cemetery, Cedar Rapids.
Survivors include her daughter, Amber Melvin of Marion; and three grandsons, Tristan, Johnathan and Zachary Melvin.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and husband, Dean.
Glenda was born March 17, 1950, the daughter of Merl and Clana (Ralstin) Wooden, in Alba, Okla. She married Dean Schloss in October 1999, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. For 28 years, Glenda worked for St. Luke's Hospital in the Cardiac Cath Lab, retiring in 2009.
Memorials may be directed to the American Heart Association in memory of Glenda.
