Gifford, Bette Ann (Clark)
Bette Ann (Clark) Gifford, 68, of 1624 Miami Dr. NE, died Saturday, Aug. 7, 2010. Memorial services will be held at 3 p.m. Tuesday at Cedar Memorial Park Chapel of Memories. The Rev. John Keizer of the Springville United Methodist Church will officiate. Inurnment: Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 tonight at Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home.
Survivors include her children, Scott Phelps, Brad Phelps and Rex Phelps, all of Cedar Rapids, and Cynthia Tate of Ava, Mo.; her mother, Ruth Clark of Cedar Rapids; sister, Marty (Don) Harper of Anamosa; two brothers, Marlin Clark of Martelle and Paul Clark of Cedar Rapids; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her father, Marvin Clark; and her brother, Mark Clark.
Bette was born May 17, 1942, in Cedar Rapids. She was employed by Rockwell-Collins for 30 years as a quality inspector.
