Gerald E. “Jake” Knock, age 77, former area policeman for many years, died Saturday, February 22, 2025, at Rose Haven Care Center in Marengo after a long battle with Parkinson’s.
Memorial services will be at 11 am Saturday, March 1, 2025, at the Family Church of Iowa City, where there will be a time of visitation beginning at 9 am until the services. Private family burial services will take place at the Marengo Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Parkinson Disease Association or Rose Haven Care Center in Marengo.
