George R. Dane died Saturday, Jan. 13, 2018, at the Oaknoll Health Center. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 27, at First United Methodist Church with the Rev. Dr. Barrie Tritle officiating. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday, Jan. 26, at Lensing Funeral and Cremation Service, Iowa City. Burial will be at Oakland Cemetery.
