Geneva Young, 83, died Friday, Feb. 19, 2016, at St. Luke's Hospital, Cedar Rapids, following
complications of surgery. Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 25, at Apostolic Assembly, Anamosa, with interment in Oakwood Cemetery, Monticello. The Rev. Clayton George will officiate at the services. Friends may call from 4 until 7 p.m. Wednesday at Goettsch Funeral Home, Monticello.

Geneva is survived by her husband, Clovis W. Young of Monticello; four children, Dwight (Laurie) Young of Monticello, Victoria (Todd) Chappelle of Monticello, Keith (Donna) Young of West Branch and Timothy (Marcella) Young of Hooker, Okla.; nine grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
