Gene Boyd Smith, 90, of Palm Desert, Calif., formerly of Victor, Iowa, passed away Feb. 15, 2019.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara Lou Smith; children, Thomas Gene Smith, Jeffrey Dean Smith and Dianne Denise Smith; brother, Ted Smith; and sister, Carole Decoster.
He was preceded in death by his son, Kenneth Joe Smith.
A Celebration of Life will be held at noon March 30 at The Villa at Villa Park, 510 E. Katella Ave., Orange, CA 92867.
