Geistkemper, Joseph 'Lee'
Joseph “Lee” Geistkemper, 70, of Manchester, died Wednesday, Nov. 2, 2011, in St. Luke's Hospital, Cedar Rapids. Lee requested private family services. Iowa Cremation is in charge of the arrangements.
Survivors include his children, Sheryl, Janice, Sandra, Diane and Scott; foster son, Bryan and wife Audrey; and his special friend, Janice Conrad.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and a brother, Jim.
Joseph was born April 6, 1941, in Earlville, Iowa, the son of Elmer and Evelyn (Morman) Geistkemper. Lee was a self-employed rancher. He enjoyed the farm life and all the hard work that was involved in it.
Lee will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
