Gary R. Turner, 72, of Cedar Rapids, died Aug. 24, 2016. Services: 11 a.m. Monday, Aug. 29, at Phillips Funeral Home Chapel, 212 E. Sixth St., Vinton, with Jason Cox officiating. Interment: Bear Creek Cemetery near Brandon with full military rites conducted by Geo. G. Luckey American Legion Post 57 and Iowa Military Funeral Honors. Visitation: 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
