GARY DUGGLEBY
Minnetonka, Minn.
On Aug. 15, 2021, Garrett R. "Gary" Duggleby passed away at his home in Minnetonka, Minn., at the age of 73. He recently retired after working in engineering and sales for over 30 years. He was born March 20, 1948, in Davenport, Iowa, to Reginald G. Duggleby and Marian L. Duggleby. He grew up in Davenport, graduated from Central High in 1966 and attended St. Ambrose College. He then served in the U.S. Army in Germany. In 1973, Gary met his current family, Linda K. Blanchard and her
children Thomas and Kristin. Gary and Linda married in 1991. He worked for a number of years as partner in JR Sales Engineering in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. In 1993, Gary and Linda moved to Minneapolis, where they started JR Sales Engineering Minnesota, an Electronic Component Rep Firm selling product to regional manufacturers. Gary always loved a good joke as well as tinkering with electronics, gardening, biking and traveling across the globe.
He was preceded in death by his father and mother.
He survived by his wife; his sister, Tam; his son, Thomas; and his daughter, Kristin Canny.
A service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 21, with visitation at 1:30 p.m. at Cremation Society of Minnesota, 7110 France Ave. S, Edina, Minn.
