Emma Frances Gallagher, 98, of Hamburg, formerly of Cedar Rapids, died Thursday, April 4, 2013, at George C. Grape Community Hospital in Hamburg. Funeral Mass: 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at St. Ludmila Catholic Church. Burial: St. John's Cemetery. Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday at Papich-Kuba Janeba Chapel West, 1604 J St. SW.
