Gale M. Barkdoll of Vinton died Sunday, Nov. 19, 2017, at his home in Vinton following an extended illness.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 29, at Phillips Funeral Home Chapel, 212 E. Sixth St. in Vinton with the Rev. Mike Ferguson officiating. Interment will be in Maplewood Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
