Gaffney, Donald Paul
Donald Paul Gaffney, 67, of West Des Moines, formerly of Winthrop, died Wednesday, Jan. 18, 2012.
Paul was born Feb. 27, 1944, to Andrew and Phyllis (Breitbach) Gaffney. Paul married Kathleen Spoon on Nov. 18, 1966.
Paul is survived by his wife, Kathy; son, Eric (Lea) Gaffney; grandson, Michael Gaffney; and siblings, Jerome (Evelyn) Gaffney, Ann Appell, Colleen (Frank) Gaffney, Rick (Lorraine) Gaffney, Mark (Mary Lou) Gaffney, Leo (Lori) Gaffney, Susan Ernest, John (Lori) Gaffney and Trish (Rupert) Solis; and 26 nieces and nephews.
