G.E. Dick Parsons of Cedar Rapids will be laid to rest on Thursday, July 21, 2016, at Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery at 11 a.m. He was the owner of Veteran's Taxi Service and 5 Star Delivery, a sergeant in the U.S. Marine Corps, and a helper to many people and organizations in Cedar Rapids.
