FREDA (MURPHY) STUELAND
Rogers, Ark.
Freda Lucille (Malone) (Murphy) Stueland, 88, passed away on Jan. 16, 2022, in Rogers, Ark. She was born on Sept. 9, 1933, in Sullivan County, Ind., to the late William Malone and Violet (Thornberry) Malone.
During the many years she spent in Cedar Rapids/ Marion, Freda raised her children as part of the First Baptist Church, was a founding member of the
Hawk A Region Model A Restorers Club and AACA Cedar Rapids Region, upholstered many Model A's (and one memorable Model T) and was a judge in many regional and national Model A meets.
Freda was preceded in death by her parents; her brother, Randal Malone; and her eldest son, Bruce A. Murphy.
She is survived by husband, Richard G. Stueland; daughter, Trish Love; son, John Murphy; grandchildren, Joe Love, Sarah Galvanek, Rob Murphy, Matt Murphy and Ashley Cardenas; and numerous great-grandchildren.
A memorial service for Freda is tentatively scheduled for Feb. 4, 2022, at 2 p.m. in the Rollins Funeral Home, Rogers, Ark.
