Fowler, Willa Mae
Memorial services for Willa Mae Fowler, 77, of Tipton, who died Oct. 23, 2012, at Lutheran Homes in Muscatine, will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 8, at Fry Funeral Home, Tipton, with the Rev. Norman Anderson officiating. Burial will follow in the West Branch Cemetery.
Willa was born Aug. 2, 1935, in Batavia, Mo. She was the daughter of Denvil and Elta Fowler Lawson. She graduated from West Branch High School in 1953. Willa worked as a secretary at the Quad City Times and a medical transcriber for University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City.
Willa is survived by her sons, Bruce (Gisela) Eiselstein of Moscow, Iowa, and Gene (Sandy) Eiselstein of Tipton; nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
