Foster, Rodney
Rodney Foster, 55, of Cedar Rapids, died Wednesday, Aug. 17, 2011, at his home. Family and friends will gather on Tuesday from 1 to 4 p.m. at Stewart Baxter Funeral & Memorial Services, Cedar Rapids, with military honors.
He is survived by daughter, Renae and son-in-law, Jordan Brackin; son, Sam Foster; grandson, Wesley; six stepchildren; and many other grandchildren, family, and friends.
Rodney was born Dec. 22, 1955, in Moline, Ill., the son of Hensell and Phyllis Foster. He served in the U.S. Navy for six years and then worked as a machinist.
