Ford, David Eugene
David Eugene Ford, 59, of Flippin, Ark., passed away Sunday, Nov. 17, 2013.
A son of the late Roy Thompson and Geraldine (Stoddard) Ford, he was born March 26, 1954, in Cedar Rapids. He was graduate of Jefferson HIgh School. He worked in the maintenance department in Flippin, Ark. He enjoyed cooking, spending time with his family and grandchildren, camping and riding ATVs.
He is survived by his wife, Carol (Hopper) Ford of Flippin; three sons, David Scott Ford of Broken Arrow, Okla., Brian Wayne Rose and his wife, Andrea, of Marshall, Ark. and Justin Ford of Flippin, Ark.; a daughter, Tina Novotny and her husband, Derek, of Collinsville, Okla.; two brothers, Roy Edward Ford of Waverly and Jerry Ford of Henderson, Ark.; a sister, Joann Cook of Mountain Home, Ark.; and five grandchildren, Blake, Keegan, Ruby, Gunner and Keeley.
Funeral service will be at 11:30 am Friday, Nov. 22, at Burns Funeral Home Chapel, Yellville, Ark. The family will receive friends from 10 am until service time at the funeral home.
