Folkmann, Sondra Kaye
Sondra Kaye Folkmann, 66, died Monday, Nov. 21, 2011, at the University of Iowa Hospitals, Iowa City.
She is survived by her husband, Roger Folkmann of Williamsburg; a daughter, Crystal (Jim Stelmasek) Sprouse of Ingleside, Ill.; a son, Jason Sprouse of Conroy; two stepchildren, Rod (Angela) Folkmann of Williamsburg, and Rochelle (Tom) Ashcraft of Long Beach, Calif.; two grandchildren, Angela Gingrich and Kimberly Kouba; four step grandchildren, Miranda Sanchez, Skylar Starkweather, Ava Ashcraft and Emma Ashcraft; a stepgreat-grandson, Jack Starkweather; a brother, Ronnie Johnson of Agency; and an uncle, Donald (Ilene) Umphress of Ottumwa.
Celebration of Life Service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 26, St Immanuel Lutheran Church, Williamsburg. Pastor Richard Meyer will officiate. Burial will be in the Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery, Williamsburg. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday at the Powell Funeral Home, Williamsburg.
A memorial fund has been established for the Holden Comprehensive Cancer Center.
