Floyd A. Davie, 93, of Cedar Rapids, passed away on February 2, 2025. He was Cremated by Teahen Funeral Home, Cedar Rapids, IA. No Services are planned.
He was survived by his nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parent, Floyd A. Davie & Hattie Trimble Davie, his
first wife Esther Schmidt David, 3rd wife Joyce Drexler Davie, half-brothers James E. Woodard, Steven O. Vail, William D. Vail, Robert J. Vail and half-sisters Lena Woodard Bishop, Sarah Vail Jensen & Hattie Vail Suites.
Floyd was born November 27, 1931, in Cedar Rapids, IA, the son of Floyd A. and Hattie (Trimble) Davie. He served in the USN Reserve, The USMC during the Korean War & the USAF. He married Esther Schmidt August 1, 1956, in Las Vegas, NV, Martha Paulsen May 14, 1998, in Austin, TX & Joyce Drexler, May 12, 2000, in Central City, IA.
