Fisher Sr., Thomas M.
Thomas M. Fisher Sr., 65, died Thursday, July 28, 2011, at St. Luke's Hospital in Cedar Rapids following a lingering illness. Services will be 4 p.m. Monday, Aug. 1, at Hrabak Funeral Home in Belle Plaine by Pastor Jay Eberly of Spirit of Faith Family Church in Cedar Rapids. Visitation will be one hour before the service.
He is survived by his wife, Sandy; son, Tom Jr. of Forest City, Ark.; daughters, Lee Ann (Matt) Slaymaker of North Liberty and Billie Jo (David) Zhorne of Okinawa, Japan; sisters, Sharon (Ron) Buskirk of Waterloo, Ill., and Ellen (Ken) Baker of Marshalltown; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
A memorial fund has been established.
