Fischer, Anita Mae

Anita Mae Fischer, 84, formerly of Earlville, died Tuesday, Aug. 6, 2013, in Freeport, Ill. Funeral Mass will be 10:30 a.m. Friday, Aug. 9, at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Earlville, by the Rev. Dennis Quint. Visitation will be from 9 to 10:30 a.m. Friday before the funeral service at Clifton-Murdoch Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Earlville. Burial will be at St. Joseph's Catholic Cemetery, Earlville.

Anita is survived by two children, Judy (Tom) Kramer of Freeport, Ill., and Barb (DuWayne) Grutt of Marquette, Mich.; four grandchildren, Lisa (Jay) Shaw, Todd (Amy) Kramer, Michael (Krista) Grutt and Kimberly (Neil Bonetti) Grutt; six great-grandchildren; four siblings, Marie Neuhaus, John (Lois) Kaiser, Patty Harrington and Bonnie Jean Anderson; in-laws, Mary Lou Kaiser, Adorine Kaiser and Francis (Sharon) Fischer; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Anita was preceded in death by her husband, Arnold “Arnie” Fischer in August 2012; her parents; three brothers, Kenneth, Al and Robert; a sister, Ruth; and an infant brother, Charles.
