Fieseler, Jaye
Jaye Fieseler, 44, of Hope Mills, N.C., formerly of Cedar Rapids, died Nov. 4, 2009, at Cape Fear Medical Center, Fayetteville, N.C. Funeral service: 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at St. Jude Catholic Church, 50 Edgewood Rd. NW. Graveside service: St. Joseph's Catholic Cemetery, Sisley Grove Road SW, Cedar Rapids. Please join the family at the St. Jude Parish Center for a reception immediately following the burial service. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Teahen Funeral Home, 3100 F Ave. NW.
Jaye is survived by his mother, Kaye Fieseler; sister, Jill and her husband, SSgt. Jason Habhegger; three nephews, Clayton, Naythan and Hayden Habhegger; one niece, Morgann Habhegger; his aunts and uncles, Barbara and Dick Pearson of Marietta, Ga., and Frank and Barbara Kubovec of Cedar Rapids; and so many wonderful friends.
Jaye was loved by all who knew him and he touched the lives of so many.
Jaye was born in Cedar Rapids on Oct. 16, 1965, the son of Kaye (Kubovec) Fieseler and the late Bill Fieseler. Before moving to North Carolina, Jaye graduated from Washington High School in Cedar Rapids. He had been employed at Options of Linn County, The Sheraton Inn and Bishop's. After leaving Cedar Rapids, Jaye worked at the Welcome Center in Fort Bragg, N.C.
