FEROL ANN (BRITTON) PURSELL

Ferol Ann (Britton) Pursell, 78, of Lewisville, Texas, passed away Wednesday, July 20, 2016, surrounded by her immediate family.
Ferol was born Aug. 20, 1937, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, to Howard and Ruth (Varns) Britton. Ferol married Al Pursell on Dec. 21, 1957, in Marion. Al and Ferol spent the majority of their married life in Waseca, Minn. There, Ferol worked for 25 years as office manager at Lakeshore Inn Nursing Home. She also was involved at Faith United Methodist Church, was a Girl Scout leader and did other volunteer activities.
Ferol was preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by her husband, Al Pursell; daughter, Barb Flanagan and husband Jeff; son, Bob Pursell; granddaughters, Kristen Ramos (Josh), Marissa Flanagan, Kelley Myers (Derek) and Megan Flanagan; great-grandson, Colton Ramos; her brother, Ben Britton (Carolyn); and two nephews, John and Carl.
A service to celebrate Ferol's life will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, July 26, at Mulkey Mason Funeral Home in Lewisville, Texas.
