Evelyn L. Osborn, 90, of Cedar Rapids, formerly of Newton, passed away peacefully on Oct. 5, 2016, in Cedar Rapids.
Her funeral will be at 11 a.m. Monday, Oct. 10, at Community Heights Alliance Church, 2500 S. 13th Ave. E. in Newton. Her family will greet friends beginning at 10 a.m.
Evelyn Louise, the daughter of Cloyd Z. and Garnnet Marie (McLead) Ford, was born Sept. 11, 1926, in Albia.
Evelyn is survived by her children, Gary (Marilou) Osborn of Oxford, Terrie (Darrell) Bahndorf of Cedar Rapids and Elizabeth Adamson of Altoona; six grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; sisters, Violet Rouse and Sharon Miller; and her furbaby, JoJo.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Neal; son-in-law, Charles Adamson; grandson, Charles Adamson Jr.; and sister, Eunice Fraker.
Memorial contributions may be given to her church.
