Eunice G. O'Neil, 90, longtime resident of West Branch, passed away Tuesday, July 31, 2018, at Crestview Specialty Care in West Branch.
Visitation will be held Sunday at St. Bernadette's Catholic Church in West Branch from 3 to 7 p.m. A rosary will be held at 2:30 p.m. Sunday. A funeral Mass will begin Monday at 11 a.m. at the church. Burial will follow at St. Bridget's Cemetery at Nolan Settlement. Instead of flowers and plants, memorials can be directed to the Eunice G. O'Neil Memorial Fund. Lensing Funeral & Cremation Service is handling arrangements.
Eunice was born May 7, 1928, in Oxford, the daughter of Robert and Jennie (Wagner) Gorvin. On April 20, 1948, she was united in marriage to Raymond O'Neil at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Oxford.
Eunice is survived by her children, Michael O'Neil (Rena), Mark "Ace" O'Neil (Sheila), Paul O'Neil (Peg) and Patrick O'Neil (Kathy), Jenny Pedersen (Butch), Cindy Worrell (Scott) and Amy Eagle; 17 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; a sister, Vivian Mann; and many nieces and nephews.
Eunice was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Ray; and eight brothers and sisters.
The family extends their sincere thanks to Crestview Care Initiatives in West Branch, Care Initiatives Hospice and Bill for the care provided to Eunice.
