EUGENE "GENO" RALPH CONDON

Eugene "Geno" Ralph Condon, 53, of Williamsburg, passed away peacefully Tuesday, Sept. 19, 2017. Cremation rites have been accorded by Murdoch Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Marion. A Celebration of Life will follow at a later date.
Geno is survived by his wife, Samantha Condon, of Williamsburg; parents, Ralph and Darlene Condon of Martelle; sister, Sherri Condon (Chris Eastburn), and their daughter, Camille Eastburn, of Cedar Rapids; sons, Ryan Condon (fiancee Amanda Epperson), Casey Condon (fiancee Rachel Granata) and Dylan Condon, all of Cedar Rapids; daughters, Sasha (Darrell) Raasch and Jordan Condon, both of Cedar Rapids; grandchildren, Hunter and Landon Condon and Hailie Moeller; in-laws, Tim and RaeJean Hollopeter of Ladora; and sister-in-law, Wendy (Graham) Oswald, and their children, Gavin, Tyson and Nora of St. Louis. He also is survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and his many cats.
He was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents.
Geno was born Jan. 29, 1964, in Cedar Rapids, the son of Ralph and Darlene (Stoner) Condon. He graduated from Anamosa High School and Kirkwood Community College. On Oct. 12, 2013, Geno was united in marriage to Samantha Hollopeter in Ladora. He was employed at Thys Automotive in Belle Plaine. Geno was a member of S & K Archery Club in Belle Plaine. He participated in many 3-D archery shoots with his wife. Geno was an avid deer hunter. He had a passion for fishing, golfing, and any activity that brought him outdoors. Above all, he loved his family and friends.
