Ethel Lucille Doehrmann died on Wednesday, January 7, 2026, at the University of Iowa Hospital in Iowa City, at the age of 72 years.
She is survived by her husband, Gordon of Williamsburg; two daughters, Tracy (Jeremiah) Leuenhagen and Nikki (Corey) Stackhouse all of Fairfax; seven grandchildren, Lelaina & Alexandra Olson, Jase & Tristan Bond, Brooke & Blake Leuenhagen and Addyson Stackhouse; and a sister, Linda Grice. She was preceded by her parents and a brother, Ethan Britten.
A celebration of life service will be held 10:30 am on Monday, January 12, 2026, at Bethany Lutheran Church in Cedar Rapids. Burial will be held at 2:00 pm at the St. Paul Lutheran Cemetery in Williamsburg. Visitation will be on Sunday, from 1:00 - 3:00 pm at the Powell Funeral Home in Williamsburg. Memorials may be given to Lutheran Family Services, Lutheran Interparish School, or Baby Bottle Boomerang. Powell Funeral Home in Williamsburg is caring for Ethel and her family.
