Elly Jo Kozlowski, 23, of Laramie, Wyo., died peacefully Saturday, Feb. 22, 2014, at her home. She was embraced with love from her parents and siblings who hugged her and held her, while sitting gently by her side.
She was born April 23, 1990, in Fort Collins, Colo., to Steven and Beth Anne (Boddicker) Kozlowski.
She was preceded in death by her grandmothers, Leila Boddicker (94) and Connie Kozlowski (74); great-grandmother, Mildred Kapusciarz (99); and grandfather, Donald Boddicker (72).
Elly is survived by her parents, Steven and Beth Anne Kozlowski of Laramie; her siblings, Joseph (22), Mary (20), William (15) and Katy Kozlowski (11), all of Laramie; her grandfather, Donald Kozlowski of Rochester, N.Y.; 12 aunts and uncles; and 69 cousins in Colorado, Iowa and New York.
Funeral services were Thursday, Feb. 27, in Laramie. Burial will be 11 a.m. Saturday, March 1, at St. Mary Catholic Cemetery in Vinton, Iowa. Mass will follow at 11:30 a.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church, Vinton.
