Elaine F. Henle, 66, died Tuesday, June 27, 2017, at Crystal Heights Care Center in Oskaloosa. Funeral services: noon Wednesday, July 5, at Kloster Funeral Home, Brooklyn, with Pastor Don Drahos officiating. The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. to service time on Wednesday at the funeral home. A private family burial service will be at a later date.
A memorial fund has been established.
Elaine is survived by a daughter, Mindy L. Benedict (Alan) of Searsboro; a stepson, Donnie Farrier (LaDema) of Mount Pleasant; three grandchildren, Cody Farrier (Angelica), Corrinn Stevens and Catelynn Coffin; two great-grandchildren, Michael Farrier and Darlene Farrier; and her siblings, Beverly Foels (Richard) of Oskaloosa, Kathleen Woodman of Hartwick, Delbert Henle, Douglas Henle (Linda) and Melanie Henle, all of Belle Plaine, Dennis Henle (Connie) of Pella, Denise Beck (Dale) of Jacksboro, Texas, and Richard Henle (Misty) of Coralville.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Horace and Mabel Coleman Henle; her son, Michael Farrier; a brother, Raymond Henle; and a sister, Lori Henle.
