Elaine Carol Young, 82, of Cedar Rapids, died Thursday, Jan. 9, 2020, at Cottage Grove Place. Funeral Mass: 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 15, at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Cedar Rapids, where a visitation will begin at 9 a.m. Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Full obit will run in Monday's paper.
