Ebeling, Carol Sue
Carol Sue Ebeling, 70, of Marion, died Sunday, Aug. 5, 2012, at her home. Memorial Service: 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 9, at Murdoch Funeral Home & Cremation Center, Marion. The family will greet friends one hour before the service Thursday at the funeral home.
Carol was born Nov. 29, 1941, in Cedar Rapids, the daughter of Carl and Florence (Garrison) Jungjohann. She graduated from Jefferson High School in Cedar Rapids, and worked as an educational assistant for Linn-Mar schools for several years. Carol enjoyed baking, cross-stitching and spending time with her grandchildren.
Survivors include her son, Scott (Kris) Ebeling of St. Joseph's, Mich.; grandchildren, Lindsay and Robbie; and siblings, Jean, Shirley, Carl, Donna and Sherry.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Carol's memory.
