Earll, Beverly A.
Beverly A. Earll, 73, of 201 10th Ave., Hiawatha, died Wednesday, March 24, 2010, at St. Luke's Hospital in Cedar Rapids after a sudden illness. Services: 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the Marion Christian Church. The Rev. Bob Bromley will officiate. Burial: Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery, Cedar Rapids. Friends may call at Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home from 5 to 8 tonight.
Survivors include her husband, Don; one daughter, Tracy Nees of Walcott; a son, Frank of Plantation, Fla.; six brothers, Donald Norenberg of Keota, Stanley Norenberg of Adel, Lowell (Anna) Norenberg of Branson, Mo., Gary (Judy) Norenberg of Mississippi, Jay (Pat) of Pensacola, Fla., and George (Chris) Norenberg of Iowa City; and three sisters, Pauline (Darwin) Cave of South English, Lois Bennett of Keota and Veronica (Roger) Shifflett of Sigourney. She is also survived by four grandchildren, Brooke Meza, Mackenzie and Taylor Nees and Anthony Earll; and one great-grandchild, Daniel Meza.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Bev was born Feb. 19, 1937, in Keota, the daughter of Isaac and Grace Biewen Norenberg. She married Donald L. Earll on Jan. 21, 1956, in Keota. Bev was a homemaker and a faithful member of the Marion Christian Church. She enjoyed gardening, flowers, going to garage sales, flea markets, and especially the time spent with her beloved family.
Memorial donations may be given to the Marion Christian Church in Bev's name.
