Earl F. Proctor, 82, of Cedar Rapids, died Monday, June 23, 2014, at St. Luke's Hospital, Cedar Rapids. Services: 2 p.m. Friday, June 27, at Murdoch-Linwood
Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Cedar Rapids. Family will greet friends from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday, June 26, at the funeral home. Burial: Czech National Cemetery, Cedar Rapids.
Survivors include his children, Pandora (Don) Goettsch of Center Point and Joe Proctor of Cedar Rapids; three grandchildren, Nikki Robbins and Brett (Jen) Morris, all of Cedar Rapids, and Carrie (Brent) Albaugh of Urbana; 10 great-grandchildren;
sister, Lawana Kofron of Cedar Rapids; his former wife, Alice; and special friends, Jack and Sharon Mulholland and Marv Findley.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and two sisters, Imogene Dulin and Cavna Rubottom.
Earl was born April 27, 1932, the son of Jefferson and Edna (Carter) Proctor in Crockett County, Tenn. For 35 years, Earl worked for Farmstead Foods. He enjoyed spending time in his garage, fishing at Lake McBride and playing cards with his friends.
