Eads, Judge William R.
Judge William R. Eads, 86, of Cedar Rapids, died Thursday, Aug. 8, 2013. Services will be 11 a.m. Monday at St. Paul's United Methodist Church. Friends may call at Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday. A full obituary will be published Saturday.
