Dwayne Edward Adams, 42, of Delhi, died Wednesday, April 29, 2015, at Regional Medical Center in Manchester. Celebration of Life will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday, May 4, at Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home in Cedar Rapids. A pending Celebration of Life in Dubuque will be at a later date. Burial at a later date.
Survivors include his daughter, Hailey Adams of Dubuque; mother, Marilyn Adams of Delhi; and three brothers, David Adams of Delhi, Dean Adams of Delhi and Darrell Adams of Dubuque.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Dwayne was born Dec. 5, 1972, the son of Richard and Marilyn (Beck) Adams in Cedar Rapids. He worked as a general laborer for Universal Tank.
In his spare time, he loved to play his guitar and go fishing. Dwayne raced BMX bicycles in his youth, and had an avid love for the Iowa Hawkeye football team.
He had a very big heart and loved spending time with his family and friends.
